General Information

All orders are shipped within two business days of receipt of the order unless otherwise noted on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Options

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for any incurred shipping charges.

Shipping Rates

US First Class: $6.95 first item, $3.50 each additional

Canada First Class: $12.95 first item, $3.50 each additional

International Standard: $19.95 first item, $7.50 each additional

International Expedited: $39.95 first item, $7.50 each additional

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what if any these additional costs will be prior to buying. Standard International Shipping does not include online tracking. If desired, please use Expedited Int'l Shipping. We do not ship to Azerbaijan or Israel.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 2-7 business days from shipping date

Int'l Standard: Varies by country, may take 30 days or longer due to customs delay in recediving country.

Int'l Expedited: 3-5 business days from shipping date

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirming that your items were shipped to you. If your order was shipped to the US, Canada or via Int'l Expedited you will also receive a tracking number. Please note that International Standard Shipping does not include tracking capabilities.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us! We offer an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. Simply return the product to us within 14 days of receiving purchase for a full refund. Buyer to pay return shipping. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded, unless we made an error.

You must receive a return authorization before returning any item. Please contact us and we will happily assist you.
